At Rhyne Wines, we offer shipping within the United States. Our wines are carefully packaged and shipped directly to your door. Shipping costs will vary based on your location and the quantity of wine purchased. We strive to ensure that your wine arrives in perfect condition, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. Return & Exchange Policy
At Rhyne Wines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your wine, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on opened wine bottles, but unopened bottles may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a different wine of equal value. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. If your wine arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
